THE PRINCIPALS
Principal Daniel F. Davis
Is Turner's inaugural principal. He opened the School in 1951 and remained principal until 1977. He was forced to retire at age 65 due to the APS system mandatory retirement age. Mr Davis was the first of only two principals in the schools 39 year history.
Roy E. Hadley, PhD
Was the Principal at Turner beginning in the Fall of 1977 and transitioned Turner to a middle school in 1990. Dr Hadley is one of only two principals in the 39 year history of the school.
